Represented an individual, who, having already been sentenced to a prison term for tax fraud (prior to the firms representation, fled to Bangladesh instead for surrendering to serve his prison term. Individual was arrested overseas and returned to the U.S. to serve his sentence and to face a federal prosecution for fleeing. Obtained a below guidelines sentence in the new case.
